To build on one of the gent's last posts about the newly re-released "Air Jordan Concord XI's," we have some of the original sketches below, drawn by artist Tinker Hatfield.
In the first picture we can see from the date that these sketches date back from 1994. We can already recognize the shape of the new Jordan.
In this drawing we can see that Carbon fiber support system has been introduced for rigility and over flexing prevention thats lightweight. The form of the shoe is getting even closer to the final product.
The new lacing system is that of the finalized product, as well as the colorway, you can also see the integrated carbon fiber in the arch of the shoe.The shoe is almost finished. The sketch looks nearly completely like the exact Concord Jordan 11. The colorway, as well as the shiny leather, and the hightop lacing system are spot on to what we see in the actual shoe, as well as the recently re-released version. Definetly need to get my hands on this pair of kicks.
